The primary goal was a high-end outcome without compromising on functionality or exceeding budget. Darker tones were selected to complement the abundant natural light and to ensure durability across a rental context, paired with touch-free doors and hardy laminates built for longevity.

• High-working pantry areas delivering a wow factor that remained cost-effective
• Touch-free doors and durable laminates selected for long-term wear resistance
• Stepped-down sink area clearly separating functional zones from entertaining spaces

Sleek graphite base cabinets are paired with overhead units in a dark grey concrete laminate, introducing a luxe metallic quality to the palette. Matching graphite channel handles reinforce the clean, considered aesthetic and add a further layer of visual cohesion throughout.

The Calacatta porcelain benchtop completes the scheme with crisp white tones and delicate veining that lightens the space and adds movement, providing the perfect counterpoint to the depth of the graphite cabinetry.
