Throughout the design and installation process, right through to after care, you will be fully supported by our expert team.
MEET WITH US
Our designers are on hand in our flagship stores to assist you in the creation of your Häcker kitchen. We welcome you to undertake an initial design consultation.
FIT TO MEASURE
To ensure the perfect fit our designers utilise client measurements, or alternatively attend the site to undertake a initial site measure.
DESIGN TIME
You will now sit down with our designers to finalise your kitchen from both a form and function perspective.
CONFIRMATION
Once your design is confirmed, we will confirm the contract and pricing.
We then make the final measurement and then the order is placed for manufacture in our state-of-the-art factory in Rodinghausen, Germany.
INSTALLATION
Häcker Australia technicians will install your kitchen.
The length of time is dependent on the size and complexity of your kitchen.
COMPLETION
All appliances, plumbing and gas are installed by your chosen professionals.
Our Häcker Australia customer service team will then undertake a final review to ensure everything is exactly as we’ve planned it before we hand your new kitchen over to you.
